The Italian Institute has italian schools in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North and Wellington with a wide range of Italian classes and language courses customised to the needs of New Zealanders learning how to speak Italian. We have Italian classes available for all levels of Italian proficiency and you can choose between group classes or private lessons in handy school locations in Auckland (Queen St, Mt Eden and Northcote), Wellington, Hamilton and Palmerston North.

We offer outstanding value for money with our Italian classes starting from a mere $19 per class as part of our 8 week group Italian courses. You might think that you would have to pay extra for a teacher from Italy or buy expensive textbooks, but these all come standard with the Italian Institute in New Zealand.

Free Course Materials: All courses have free Italian Instructional course books that you follow in class with your Italian teacher from Italy.

Online Italian Library: Learn faster with our free online Italian library with around 300 novels and 1800 audios.

Duration: Each evening course is made up of 8 x 1 1/2 hour classes. There are no lessons on Public holidays. Courses run the same day and time of the week as its start date for 2 months.

Small Classes: Classes are around 10 students.
